Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

• Adapt to various customer situations and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00AM shift. Onsite in Irvine, CA.

Additional Details

The pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour
